You may be looking for help  with some symptoms, wonder if they are signs of something that can be helped by psychiatry.

I can  help by providing a diagnosis,  hopefully  leading to an effective treatment plan .

If you have an appointment, please look under “Psychiatric history quest.”  and “Release,  Reg . Materials”, and follow directions there.   Please also answer questions in “Symptoms” and “Symptoms2”. 

You can complete a request for information and send it  to a prior counselor or prescriber,  so that  that information will be available before your appointment, in “Release...”.    On that page is some other information for upcoming first appointments, including registration materials. 

Contacting your insurance (“Insurances”) to clarify copayments and deductibles, etc. is helpful.   Sometimes they require your contact  with them in order to pay (as in Pacificare and United Health Care).
